The Lab of Meditation meets professional standards for mindfulness training and teaching and grants an internationally recognized certification through the International Mindfulness Teacher Association.

HOW MUCH: $3,800 + GST
The total course tuition is $3,800CAD plus GST (applicable to Canadian residents) (for a total of $3,990 CAD).
If finances are a barrier to being part of the program, we can have a chat about payment installments to create more ease and spaciousness.
Please know that we have 2 scholarships, supporting marginalized identities (Black and Indigenous people first, POC, disabled bodies, LGBTQ2S folx, refuges). They range from 10% to 40% discount, depending on needs. Needs will be assessed on an individual basis.
HOW MANY: LIMITED to 15.
We want this program to be a curated experience and so we will keep the spaces available limited. Number of students is capped at 15.
We are excited to share this mindful exploration with you. Upon completion of this training, we hope your view and understanding of mindfulness will never be the same.
