Meditation makes me feel: Like I am Home

I believe that life and death are not opposites, but companions—and meditation is the practice that helps us navigate both. Through my work as a meditation teacher and end-of-life doula, I invite people to explore The Death Compass, an approach I created to help us orient toward mortality with curiosity and courage.
Meditation has been my own way home, grounding me in presence and teaching me that preparing for death is also preparing to live. I support others in this journey through practices that align brain, body, breath, and beyond—whether in the stillness of meditation, the joy of recreation, or the tender conversations about death, grief and legacy.
Alongside my certification from the Lab of Meditation, I weave together training in trauma-informed recreational therapy and deathwork. These pathways converge in my business Re-Creation Coaching, where my work is focused on helping people redesign lives that are inspired by and built around their death.
